In accordance with the FAIS-legislation, we would like to bring the following information to your attention:
We are an Authorised Financial Service Provider and are licensed to deliver Financial Services. A copy of our licence, containing all relevant details as to what services we are allowed to provide, as well as any exclusions, are available on request.
Our brokerage is NOT an associated company of any Assurer/Insurer and we do not own more than 10% of the shares that are issued by any Assurer/Insurer.
We are remunerated for our services by commission, or by charging a fee (if agreed to between ourselves and the client), which amounts to R1 750 per hour or part thereof. If no agreement has been entered into prior to consultation, no fees will be levied.
We carry Public Liability Insurance. Adherence to the FAIS-Law is monitored by a professional Compliancy Officer, who is approved by the Board of Financial Services.
